All Browluxe orders are fulfilled through Amazon's fulfillment network, delivering fast and reliably tracked from warehouse to door.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods, please allow a few extra days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
We do not ship on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your browluxe® pencil. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it:
- Defective or unopened products — eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of receipt
- Used products — not eligible for return or exchange
- Pencil tip breakage — not considered a defect; tips are precision-manufactured and should be warmed briefly between your fingers before use for optimal application
